The UeBZO (inter-company training center in Eastern Bavaria) is an NGO with approximately 40 employees, located in Eastern Bavaria next to the headquarters of its former mother company, BHS Corrugated. It is currently in the process of becoming an acknowledged competence center for production technology.
The UeBZO offers inter-company training as well as training modules or whole vocational educations according to the German dual vocational training system in 28 professions for approximately 250 companies. It also organizes and carries out trainings for employees, senior management or trainers (e.g. “train the trainer” seminar, further studies with professional degree etc.).
It works closely together with institutions such as vocational schools, universities of applied sciences or the IHK (Chamber of Commerce).
